This project involves a single-storey rear-side extension and internal alterations to create a new entrance porch, hall, living area, kitchen, dining space, and a shower room. The primary objective is to transform the family living space into an open-plan area, enhancing both the quality of life and the independence and mobility, particularly for wheelchair users on the ground floor.

The proposal includes the installation of large rooflights to amplify the natural light within the space. Additionally, the use of timber external cladding enhances the overall aesthetics of the project, giving it a contemporary, natural, and environmentally friendly appearance.
